Shipping

Free shipping on US orders over $150. For smaller orders, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.

We process orders within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery in the US usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

International shipping

International orders usually arrive in 4 to 10 business days. Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives. These are separate from the shipping you pay at checkout and are paid by the recipient.

Returns and refunds

We can refund an order in two cases:

• It arrived damaged. You get a full refund. Please send photos of the damage.
• It is unopened, in its original packaging with the seal intact. You get a refund minus the shipping cost.

In both cases, you need to tell us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email info@shaktiwarriorshop.com with your order number. We can't accept refund requests after 3 days.

We can't refund items that have been opened, used or washed, unless they arrived damaged. Sale items can only be refunded if they arrive damaged.

Please don't accept a delivery if the seal is broken. We can't accept those orders as returns.

Exchanges

Activewear can be exchanged for another size if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags on. Email us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll arrange it.

How to send a return

1. Email info@shaktiwarriorshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the email you ordered with, the product and the reason for the return.
2. Once we reply, post it to:

You pay for return shipping, and it isn't refunded. For items over $50, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Getting your refund

When your return arrives, we check it and email you within 72 hours to say whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Returns that don't meet these conditions are sent back to you at your cost.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us as soon as you can.
